Returns: As Of May 28th, 2024, No Returns: All Sales Are Final (Only Exchanges, If Applicable).

No Refunds Are Provided (Only Exchanges, If Applicable):


As of May 28th, 2024, all product sales are final. Items can be exchanged if necessary and applicable, within the 30 days of the product shipping tracking delivery date. Therefore, our exchange policy lasts for 30 full days after the tracked product delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, then, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange after the expired exchange policy duration.

We Guarantee Your 100% Satisfaction, or One Free Exchange for the Value of the Item(s). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept product returns for certain specific product groups that include, digital products such as: e-books, video trainings, coaching sessions, or any training products, custom-made suits, or any product that has already been worn or used already.

We offer replacement items if the product item is defective or damaged. Otherwise, if you need to exchange it for the same item, or for a different size, please send us an email at customerservice@divineinspirationstyles.com or simply send us a direct website chat message on the site at www.divineinspirationstyles.com. Customers can simply mail the item(s) back to Our Exchange Address:

  • To complete your exchange, simply provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. (If an exchange is necessary, please use the store's exchange address, provided below):

  • There are certain situations where partial exchanges are granted (only, if applicable to the following items, and the condition of the return):
  • Book with obvious signs of use,
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, or item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is exchanged more than the required 30 days after delivery.


No Refunds Are Provided, Only Exchanges Or Store Credit:

Once your exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to process your exchange within a 3-5 business of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the exchange item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an exchange to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

In order to keep our prices affordable for everyone, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s). Exchange shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of exchange shipping will not be included in your exchange, however, you will receive the full exchange of your purchased item(s).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item, therefore, it is recommended that you acquire a trackable shipping service to guarantee the tracking of the delivery.
